1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and bossku2 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating at bossku2.org. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bossku2 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the bossku2 platform and must not register an account. bossku2 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the bossku2 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the bossku2 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bossku2 platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bossku2 or its affiliated companies.

bossku2 is committed to preventing underage gambling. The platform conducts age verification checks during registration and may request government-issued identity documentation at any point. Where there is reasonable doubt as to a user's age, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued by a player subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be forfeited and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after deducting applicable processing fees.

3. Account Registration

To access the full bossku2 platform, users must complete the account registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bossku2 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
• bossku2 reserves the right to require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including but not limited to a valid government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian nationals), passport, or other acceptable proof of identity and address.
• Accounts registered with false or misleading information, or accounts found to belong to underage individuals, will be terminated immediately and any balance may be forfeited.
• The account registration email address and mobile number will be used for account verification, security alerts, and platform communications. Users are responsible for maintaining access to these contact details.

bossku2 conducts verification checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and international gaming authority requirements. These checks may be conducted at registration, at the time of first withdrawal, or at any point deemed necessary by the compliance team.

4. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bossku2 username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

• bossku2 will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bossku2 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• All transactions and gaming activity conducted using your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as actions performed by the registered account holder, unless promptly reported to bossku2 as a suspected breach.
• In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bossku2 support immediately via live chat. bossku2 will investigate and, where unauthorised access is confirmed, take appropriate remedial action.
• bossku2 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. This is strongly encouraged for accounts maintaining significant balances.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

bossku2 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), Hong Leong Connect (FPX), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and USDT. Additional payment methods may be available and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the bossku2 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bossku2 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier. The standard minimum deposit is RM 30.
• Deposits made to your bossku2 account are for the sole purpose of gaming on the platform. bossku2 is not a financial institution and does not hold deposits in trust or pay interest on account balances.
• bossku2 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bossku2 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bossku2 account. This is a strict anti-money laundering requirement and is not subject to exception.
• bossku2 may require completion of KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. Supporting documents may include a copy of your MyKad or passport, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: DuitNow — within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours; FPX bank transfer — within 1–3 business hours; e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — within 30 minutes; USDT — within 10–30 minutes depending on network congestion.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the relevant bonus wagering requirements being satisfied in full prior to processing.
• bossku2 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawals above RM 10,000. This may extend the standard processing time by up to 24 hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, although larger amounts may be processed in tranches at the platform's discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bossku2 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible members. The following general conditions apply to all bossku2 bonuses unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts are considered bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement (turnover requirement) before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount credited. Specific turnover multipliers are stated on the applicable promotion page or communicated at the time of bonus offer.
• Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games, video poker, and certain RNG games may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates are provided in promotion-specific terms.
• bossku2 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, where there is evidence of system exploitation, technical error, or where the promotion terms have been materially misrepresented in advertising.
• Bonus funds are not transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

8. Gameplay Rules & Prohibited Conduct

All games on the bossku2 platform are governed by specific game rules accessible within the respective game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating. In all instances of ambiguity, bossku2's decision regarding game outcomes and rule interpretation is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bossku2 platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological aid that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents the normal operation of the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Exploitation of software errors, platform glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Arbitrage betting or systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour ("bonus hunting" / "bonus abuse").
• Any form of money laundering, including but not limited to depositing funds derived from illegal activities, using the platform to conceal the origin of funds, or processing funds on behalf of third parties.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bossku2 account to another person.

bossku2 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, bossku2 may void affected wagers, suspend or permanently close the account, retain any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Responsible Gaming

bossku2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its members. The platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when reduced and require a 72-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time limits: Configurable gaming session duration limits with mandatory logout on expiry.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of session duration and net gaming result.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a minimum period of 30 days. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Longer exclusion periods, including permanent exclusion, are available on request via live support.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bossku2 platform — including but not limited to the bossku2 brand name, logo, design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the intellectual property of bossku2 or its licensed content providers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any bossku2 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

The software underlying the bossku2 platform is licensed for use by registered members solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No rights in the software are transferred to users by virtue of account registration or use of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bossku2 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the bossku2 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or network failures beyond bossku2's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information displayed on the platform due to data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Any indirect financial loss, loss of profits, or consequential damages of any nature.

bossku2's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

bossku2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bossku2 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from the use of the bossku2 platform shall first be submitted to bossku2's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority for adjudication in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bossku2 to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
